The FRM-980ZQ is a continuous heat-sealing and filling machine designed to inject and de-air the package before sealing, with two operating options:

1. Exhaust gas + Sealing mode to remove package gases.

2. Gas Flushing + Sealing, such as using nitrogen, to protect the product and eliminate oxygen waste.

It supports printing using a solid ink wheel with two-line (18 pt) or three-line (10.5 pt) printing. Speed ​​and temperature are continuously adjustable, ensuring a tight, high-quality seal. This system is often used for packaging fragile products or those requiring an extended shelf life, such as snacks.
